Advise African Bundu Safaris which country/s you would like to visit, how many nights you would be in Africa for, any major attractions or areas you would like included and approximately how much you are able to spend. You need to also decide what type of safari you wish to have – Guided, group, self-drive, flying or scheduled safari.
African Bundu Safaris will then reply with a few ideas and over the following few weeks you will exchange a few e-mails to finalise your safari holiday itinerary. Once you are happy with the itinerary, we shall then make provisional bookings at all establishments and then you need to pay us a deposit within the next week to confirm these bookings. You need to purchase Travel Insurance now.
The balance of payment is due at least 45 days before the start of your holiday, and once your funds have cleared into our account, we then pay all the establishments and service providers. African Bundu Safaris will then email you the vouchers and detailed itinerary. Please reconfirm your International flights 3 days before you fly to Africa and advise African Bundu Safaris if there are any changes.
